Principal’s Message

Welcome to Maheshwari Girls' School

You are welcome to be a part of an Institution where each student is encouraged and assisted to gain perfection. Education is a subject of great deliberation. Let’s join hands to create a positive transformation in every child. It is only we the teachers & the parents who can make them intellectually strong, soothe their stress & inspire them to become an educated, upright, honest human being. Let the process carry on.

Mrs. Gargi Sengupta

Principal

A school's prime objective is to cultivate well-rounded individuals prepared for the future. This involves providing a high-quality education that ignites a child's natural curiosity and fosters a love of learning. By employing active learning methods and nurturing strong teacher-pupil rapport, we equip students with the knowledge and critical thinking skills that is needed to navigate in an increasingly competitive world. The focus extends beyond academics, ensuring a child's overall development by instilling strong moral values. It empowers students to achieve academic excellence while becoming responsible and contributing members of society.

  1. To impart comprehensive education based on the rich Indian heritage so that the students are trained to face the future with confidence.
  2. To make our students disciplined, good and loyal citizens of India, with an awakening of love and awareness of moral duty towards their motherland.
  3.  To inculcate the highest standard of moral and social values in the children.

In order to create a successful learning environment, schools strive to cultivate habits of discipline and punctuality. These qualities are foundational for effective learning. Discipline allows students to focus on instruction, minimizing disruptions and fostering a respectful classroom atmosphere. Punctuality ensures students maximize their learning time and avoid missing out on crucial information. Students should strictly follow the discipline and punctuality rules in school.

Special arrangement is made by school to teach various activities like Yoga, Dance, Music, Synthesizer, Art, Judo, Karate etc and made compulsory for students to participate.

Honorary Secretary's Message

Shri Rajesh Kumar Chandak
Honorary Secretary

I am overwhelmed to be part of Silver Jubilee Function of MGS. I salute to the octogenarian trustees of the Maheshwari Sabha Trust, namely Shri Pannalal Daga, Shri Ramashankar Bagree and Shri Brij Ratan Chandak, who initiated the task of celebrating Silver Jubilee of MGS and got it accompiished in a befitting manner. The guidance & support of Shri Sree Kumar Bangur, Shri Arun Kothari, Shri Indra Kumar Mohta, Shri Laxmi Narayan Biyani and Shri Balkrishan Das Mundra was instrumental in turning the idea of celebrations into reality. Concept & execution of entire program done by Shri Mukund rathi & Shri Nilmani Rathi, is beyond any praise.

The School, as it stands today, is the result of hard work put in by the Teachers of the School, who were ably supported by the non teaching staff. The real gems of the School – “The Students” –  also had the role to play in bringing the School to its present fame. I am aware of many students of the schools who have excelled in their life and have successful career. I would like to call upon the ex-students of the school to come forward and join MGS Alumni Association thereby enlarging MGS family and share their experience which will help the future generation.

To be with the present times, many steps have been taken for up gradation of the School and I am sure that the students of the school will be benefited from them. Our endeavor shall always remain for constant & continuous efforts for betterment of the School. I hope introduction of “ANNUAL BOOK” as a parting memento to the students of Class XII, every year, will remain as a tool for remembering the best years of life.
